CZ75 dual wield crashes the game

Hello, everytime im playing a black ops 1 zombies map I usually get a smooth experience, but im not sure if its only me but everytime y get the dual Cz75s from the box, the game straight up crashes. Is there a way I can fix this?

ItsFripe well known bug. just dont pick it up
