Game force minimizes when launching

Whenever I launch Bo1 through the client it minimizes and each time I click on it it just flashes a black screen then minimizes again

ok a resolution that worked for me was
change resolution to 1024x768.60 ultra hd - tab into game and it should open, then change the resolution to 1920x1080.60 ultra hd - then update the refresh rate in game and then FINALLY go back to "PC" 1920x1080.390 and it seems to work. I'm guessing this is a unique issue with displayport but I am unsure.
