No Audio on BO2

I launched the app and I have 0 audio on BO2 mp and zombies. Audio works on the rest of computer, ive tried reinstalling as well and nothing seems to fix, would like some help if anyone has a fix

Tqhr My headset is at 16 bit, 16000 hz, Ive tried everything that others have said in similar posts posted in the past year and I just cant figure out why i get no audio
