IW5 Crashes on Start Up. Dump and Screenshots provided. Troubleshooting attempted. Help would be appreciated.

Client crashes instantly upon booting. I have uploaded the dump files. I have provided a screenshot. I have followed every trouble shooting tip on these forums I can find. I am not running any monitoring software. I am not running ReShade, Rivetune, MSI Afterburner. I am not running a VPN. I have ran as admin. I have re run the redist tool. I have verified integrity of game files on Steam. I have allowed Plutonium through Windows Defender and given in an exception. I have tried it while not running Windows Defender at all. I am not running any other form of antivirus.
I have two computers, an upstairs and downstairs. The downstairs runs fine. No questions. The upstairs does not. Their installs are identical. I own the games on steam.

Do you have a VR Headset connected? What does the console output when you try to start it?
