Can someone help me fix this problem, my internet speed is over 200mb and im getting less than 1mb in game. And when I download custom maps from servers it takes FOREVER

Mindless_Maniac Server owners typically limit the bandwidth with which players can download in-game maps. This to avoid saturating the bandwidth of the server.
