Call of Duty WAW - Co-op campaign no loading screens in between missions

When you play cod waw solo on normal cod you get loading screens with details about missions, but when i play with my friend on coop after we complete a mission it just takes us back to menu and i have to invite him again to play the next mission. Is there anyway to continously play the campaign coop without being sent back to menu after each mission?
