Sound issues

Hello, when i installed the game and tried to play, by first times, i had a lot of sound issues with the game, like no sound, or couldnt connect my phones... then i tried the sollutions i found here, in the forum, like updating directx and stuff, and it kinda worked, but now, most of the time when i try entering the game it turns to be bugged again, like the sound is so low even if its 100% or the chracters quotes crash a lot.
Does anybody knows how to help me? (sorry if my english is bad, im not the best speaker)
