New to Plutonium/Can't sign in/Offline bots

Hi,
I am new here.
I initially tried to play a match, against bots offline (to get the "feel" of the game), which apparently requires an internet connection.
After a long break, I wanted to play some more against bots, BUT I had problems with the Internet.
Question: Can I bypass the Plutoniums sign in screen to play against bots if for some reason the internet goes down?
