    XINPUT1_3.dll & D3DCOMPILER_43.dll are not there. it's preventing me from launching the game. i don't know how to get them, reinstall it via the torrent?

      I also run on Windows 11, does that matter at all? and do I need to run the .exe files to install the .NET framework?

        You just need to install DirectX

              appel sapje download it and run it, it's a setup, it's not a file you place somewhere
