Buying Perks at the Bus Depot with Player Animation

I would like some help here to know how I can buy perks at the Bus Depot, with the player taking perks animation like in other maps.
Note: I buy the perks for the command via chat, I wanted to know if there's any #include that allows the perk bottle to appear in the animation when taking the drink.
Example: The perk jug is purchased but there's no icon or even perk animation, and the perk itself.
As you can see, the player buys the perk but the perk icon doesn't appear, nor does the image or the perk script load. The script itself works in other maps, just in case you're wondering.
