No sound

I recently installed T4 MP but I have no sound in game. I made sure my default audio are my headphones but that doesn't fix the issue. Any help?

Then the problem is on your system. Have you checked your sound.

Open your volume mixer when the game is running, drop it down obviously and see if any of the games are muted

How to fix no sound in-game?

Make sure the game's volume is high in the game settings and in Windows volume mixer
Select the correct audio device in your game settings if available
