Hey, in the Bittorent it says seeding but refuses to open, does it need to upload as well? as it says uploading constantly on the 2nd column when I click on the general tab

Mr_X69 seeding means it's done downloading and you're not uploading it to others. You can remove it at that point. What does "refuses to open" mean exactly?
