Error while downloading file bin/plutonium-bootstrapper-win32.exe: context deadline exceeded (Client.Timeout or context cancellation while reading body)

How do I fix this?

Right click pluto launcher, create shortcut. Right click shortcut, properties, after the target path add -timeout 1000. Should be enough
