BO2 Zombies Stats not count

Why the stats of the game dont save? When I play one day the zombie counter are going well but the next day the stats appears as I dont play, that is a problem to win the prestige. Anybody know how to fix that? I have installed the version to have the spanish voices, that could be the problem? Thanks for helping.

Reset your account and try again if it's not working try installing the normal english version or repair your game files
