Plutonium MW3 resolution can't be changed

The resolution of the game is set to the minimum and when I try to change it (I tried both the in game options and the in game console) the plutonium console shows up (not the in game one but the one in windows), I get a loading icon and the game never loads. This happens only when I launch the game with plutonium, if I instead launch the original game I don't get this problem.

Change your video settings without crashing the game (borderless windowed)
Make sure your game is closed before doing that.
Go in this folder %localappdata%\Plutonium\storage\iw5\players.
Then open config_mp.cfg with the notepad to edit it.
Find r_displayMode and change it to be like this (you can use ctrl+f to search for it):
seta r_displayMode "windowed (no border)"
