You could try joining other servers or relogging with your Plutonium account.

(FIX FOUND) Note u need to make a new account
idk why this is but when i logged onto an alt i no longer get the error

Don't create any new accounts it won't help.

I'm having the same problem, and changing accounts fixed it.
