'Cheating' Question

So its okay to use mod menus/cheats as long as its offline right? (toggling lan mode of course). so if i wanted to go back to playing public, just delete all the cheat files and toggle the lan mode off right? Don't want to get banned. Thanks.
Reason is becuase i want to record trickshots for an edit, and cannot be bothered to actually hit them.

Thats correct, don't inject the hack whilst in the online mode and you will be fine.
