Stats not saving after closing the game

When I firts hopped onto the plutonium BO2, I used the max level prompt. Used it for a few months, then decided I wanted to level up the normal way, so I reset my stats. Since then, I played for about an hour, got a few levels, made a few classes, but when I went to play again the next day, I was right back to level 1. My emblem I made was gone too. Today I hopped on again and hoped it was just a 1 time bug, played for an hour, hit lvl 10, made classes, etc. I closed the game and reopened it right away, and now I'm lvl 2. The only thing that saved was my emblem.
It seems like the game isn't saving anything from the most recent hour or so, what can I do?

Same thing for me, has anyone found a solution for this? Sometimes it saves most of the time it doesn't.
