My solutions as far as I know. If you're reading these solutions, I would hope you can get into the T5 startup screen and get into the interrogation chair without having a problem (the problem only occurs when loading maps)
1: Check volume/disk storage to see if you're out.
2: Enable spectular maps using the console or in-game settings.
