Banned unjustifiably

I've tried asking in discord but no one responded so I'll try writing here.
A day or two ago, after trying to play Blops 2 zombies I got an error message that I'm banned for 14 days. Since I stayed logged in, any subsequent attempts to open the game extended my ban. I saw in discord that the anticheat bot tagged me, but the thing is I never cheater nor played anything beside solo zombies. I would really appreciate if an admin could get in contact and look into my case so I can remove this ban.
The copy of the game I've used to play was the fitgirl repack with all DLCs, afterwards I did notice the guide recommends a different copy, but since this one worked fine for 2 weeks I figured it was okay. The map I had been grinding the last few days was Origins and I did leave my game on and logged out my pc for a longer period. Afterwards that run disconnected me, I assume for inactivity. I played for a few more hours and after quitting for the day and coming back I got the ban message. One of the prior runs I did get stuck in the ground too, but I don't think this would trigger the anticheat as I had similar things occur in Buried.
I don't know if any of this info is relevant or helps. I'm willing to swap copies of the game to the one the official guide recommends if an admin would be willing to expunge my ban, thanks.
