Bo1 Zombies not launching

I have a steam version of the game, with the downloaded dlcs. The game recognizes it's accessing the correct files, but something happens as they are loaded that crashes the process.
please let me know if there's anyway I can get this to work, thanks. So far i have made plutonium an exception in my firewall.
