Perk progress stuck at 100%, can't get Pro

I recently "prestiged" after hitting 50 and the progress from my perks remains, but I can't upgrade them to pro. The challenges say "100% Complete" instead of "COMPLETE." Any help?

Getting fed up of having to scroll through the same posts each visit?
