    After the new BO2 update I have to reconfigure video, audio and key bindings settings everytime I open the game.

      Double check that your BlackOps2\players folder isn't set to read-only.

        @Mr-Android hey, I changed it and it always goes back to read-only, even tried to change security do you know what I can try?

            Where your bo2 files are. It's right there in the root directory

              You could launch pluto as administrator as well. That should save the settings/bindings.
