Black ops 1 zombies does not launch full screen

When I launch black ops 1 zombies It does not go full screen. When I try to click the window in the taskbar I get to see this code in the CMD section:
The problem is that I tried to reinstall the game and this does not fix it. I don't know how to do this. Has anyone had this problem before? When I try to tab on the game my mouse gets stuck in a certain section of my screen but I don't see anything. This problem started after I changed my resolution. I know from experience that the resolution is saved on your profile because after reinstalling black ops the multiplayer had the same resolution.
