I got banned from plutonium

i have not played the game in 1 year but today when i tried to play it says im banned from plutonium for 36096 days?????

You must had done something during that time a year ago which could be injecting something before heading on and realizing that that injection caused a ban. Plus it say 97 years which means this isn't your first ban before.
