Sensitivity Acceleration

I just downloaded this to play with a friend on Zombies and for some reason, I have an acceleration of sorts when I turn around, where it speeds up then goes back to normal every few seconds. Does this with both Mouse and Controller, is there any fix for this or is it impossible to fix? Already turned off VSync and it hasn't done much, helped make the mouse smoother but not this accelerated problem.
