BUG OR IDK WHAT HAPPEND

First of all whenever i try to join a friends zombies it kicks me out the second i get in and secondly whenever i try to host i go to a zombies map and its all just blue and tan squares and whenever i try to load in its again just blue and tan squares and it just doesnt work pls help me

You're trying to join a DLC map without having that DLC installed, the game cannot load a file that doesn't exist
