How to fix Challenge Verification Failed

So, my friend was having this issue, and this might be the problem: you might not have allowed Plutonium access to your private network
- Press the windows key and open settings
- Go to Update & Security
- Go to Firewall and click "add an app to firewall"
- Scroll down until you see plutonium (its alphabetized) and make sure both private and public networks are allowed
- Click on it and turn it on if it's not.
(you might not be able to change it until you click something else that's something like "change settings" but you just have to look for it.
