So, my mouse and controller work fine on everything else, EXCEPT BO2 with Plutonium, I can use the arrow keys but it feels like my mouse is "under" the BO2 window, I can shoot and aim, anything that requires actual mouse movement does not work, I've tried without opening any program and unplugging all USB's except mouse and keyboard, thanks in advance.
