PLEASE ADS SENSITIVITY WONT WORK

So for some reason me and my friends want to play some plutonium, but since we play on m&k whenever i ads its either super high or if i turn off the setting fov sensitivity off it will be super low anyone know how to change ads sens?

If you mean the sensivity when aiming, i have the same problem, i cant use snipers because sensivity is extremely high, if anyone knows how to fix it please say it, thanks.
