unable to install via piry.exe + can't manage to run game from fitgirl repack

hey folks. I am very happy to meet this community, but seems to get stuck on the piry.exe 1% 5 / 377 files.
I ran it for an hour and its not seems to work, I run it on an empty folder on the path I want it to be installed in,
if I could run the fitgirl one it will be great, but can't do so. please help
I manage to install it on a friend computer and it worked and showed speed, in my case, no speed just stuck

Force stop it from processes tab, run piry again. Do note some files are pretty big, so most if the times it's probably downloading a big file rather than getting stuck
