LOFTY2 so you're in the same house but have two separate internet connections? What exactly happens when you try to connect to the server? Is the server hosted at home or on a vps?

LOFTY2 try changing your dns servers https://www.windowscentral.com/how-change-your-pcs-dns-settings-windows-10. Use 1.1.1.1 and 1.0.0.1 (cloudflare). Additionally make sure your system time is synced and the game can communicate through the windows firewall.
As a last resort try using a vpn.
