The file is damaged and unreadable

Have you whitelisted the %localappdata%\Plutonium folder in windows defender? If not i can give you instructions.

Still dont work

Try going to %localappdata% and deleting the plutonium folder.
Then launch pluto again. And as android said, whitelist the pluto folder so antivirus cant touch it -
