b01 can't open console?

I already tried all the commands possible for opening the console. It works fine on any other plutonium game. Just not on b01. Any one have an idea?

Never heard anyone mention something like this.
You can always use the external console, the bootstrapper (the cmd that opens with the game) -
I suggest opening the config files located in the players folder and looking for keywords like 'toggleconsole' to see what key the console is bound to (~) is the default.
Lastly, check the value of the setting 'monkeytoy' in the config file. you might need to set that to 0.
