I was banned and honestly do not know why

I was playing zombies as recently as yesterday. I get on today to find that I cannot launch any of the call of duties and am met with a pop-up that says it is unable to authenticate plutonium. If I can get any help I would be very appreciative.

appreciate ya g but im real deal banned. I looked and it seems like they don't appeal bans in any case, even if you literally did nothing to get banned. Did all of your above recommendations but got nothing except more time added lol. thank you for the thought though.
