BO1 doesn't launch at all

Every time I click on the Play button in the launcher, a command prompt opens for a few seconds and then closes without launching the game and without any error message.
This happens for both, BO1 zm and mp, but bo2 zm and mp work fine.
I have tried deleting and reinstalling all the T5 files, and have verified the integrity of the download but it hasn't solved it.
I have tried all of these things but none of them have solved the problem:

A mi también me pasó lo mismo.
Me aparecía que tenía problemas al unirse al servidor y se quedaba en pantalla de carga.
Me tocó descargar un archivo y lo solucioné.
