BO2 crashing on launch

Hello. Whenever I press "PLAY" on BO2 Zombies, it loads for a few seconds, then sends this error code: 1ddfb257-1a1a-4541-a13d-a75089749751.I have also tried uninstalling then reinstalling both plutonium and bo2 zombies.
