Error when entering a server running a custom map

Hi! My friend is having trouble entering any servers running custom maps in WaW with the latest version of Plutonium; when he does, the game window disappears, even though no errors have appeared in the console. He doesn't have any problem entering servers that aren't running custom maps. We've tried making sure the mods in the correct folder (although they simply downloaded when entering the server, so I don't think that's the issue) as well as deleting them from the folder so they can redownload, with no success. My system has no problem opening the same servers, however. Does anyone know what the cause might be? Thanks!
