when i click play on the launcher the launcher freezes and doesnt respond

I have same issue. Also on Win 7. Oddly the game worked perfectly fine before the latest update. Is there any known workaround besides updating Windows?

TinchoLag well we don't support win7, upgrade to win10.
Also this topic is 9 months old.
