Can't get onto the game

Pretty much whenever I press play on the plutonium launcher its starts the proccess of launching the game but then when it goes to put me into the game it tabs me back to my homescreen and whenever I try to tab back into the game it tabs me back out again. I was able to run T5 just fine a few months ago but now I keep running into this issue and I cannot find any fixes to it online. Ive tried redownloading the files as well as repairing them but have had no success, I have also asked for help in the discord server but also nothing there nor can I find anyone else who has had a similar issue so I have no idea what to do. Any help on this forum would be greatly appreciated.

Go in the bootstrapper command prompt (the console opened when you start the game)
and paste this (right click)r_fullscreen 0;r_noborder 1;vid_ypos 0;vid_xpos 0;vid_restartthen press Enter -
