The game runs in full screen and nothing is seen when I load the game, it exits the game screen and only shows me a command window, how can I change the screen settings before running the game?, I already tried with compatibility, F11, alt tab and restarted pc

You would use ALT + ENTER to switch window mode, not F11

Go in the bootstrapper command prompt (the console opened when you start the game)
