Banned for no apparent reason

good morning, yesterday I was banned from the plutonium launcher, apparently for no reason, I usually play with a ps5 controller with an application to be able to use the controller, since when connecting via bluetooth, I want to think it was due to that external application I got banned but I only used it to play zombies, any help please
