BO2 WON'T LAUNCH!!!!!

Help me, when I try to play BO2 T6 it gives me an error that says: "DirectX received an unrecoverable error". Why? I reinstalled it, won't open. I have dxcpl I don't know if that's the issue because I use it to launch the plutonium client. As it gives me an error that says Unable to crate textures. HELP ME!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
