Migrating stats from a PC to another

Hello guys !
I'm posting there because i have some issue with T4 on Plutonium. I'm playing on 2 different PCs for some reason, and it seems i can't get the main PC Stats on the second one, so i have like two different stats. Does anyone know how i can migrate my main pc stats to the other one and keep the same progress ?

This is simply because stats are saved locally on your PC, they're files.
This is somewhere in%localappdata%\Plutonium\storage\demonware
