PERMA BANNED BUT NEVER CHEATED AND I JUST CREATED ACCOUNT

Hello i got perma ban it is wriiten that my ban would expire in 364000 days but the thing is i dont understand why since i never cheated or anything in the game

@Ywal Even if that were the case, first time bans are only a week long. The only way you would get banned for a long time is if you cheated twice, or share some hardware ID with a person who has cheated and gotten banned twice

I see but the thing is when i created my account on plutonium for the first time i couldnt even lunch the game that it alr got me banned without doing anything and even if I indeed cheated i would get a 1 week ban just like you said but i didnt.
I got perma ban directly and i couldnt even play one time.
Can you tell me more about sharing hardware ID with a cheater ? bcs idk what is that and i dont remember sharing ID with no one . I indeed played in lobbies with cheaters but never cheated. So if i understood correctly a cheater can hack my hardware ID right ?
