Missing files from Torrent download

Hi,
I am trying to download the torrent files from the plutonium page. However, the file list seems to be incomplete. Can you check this and confirm please?
I have tried installing the game multiple times but keep getting the same error message each time.
I have set-up MW3 and WaW without any issues.

All the torrents provided contain all the files

Install DirectX

Just run the DX Setup executable in the Black Ops\Redist\DirectX folder and it is now working.
