Help, can’t fix this error

I get this every time I try to join the “[ranked] custom weapons mule kick” servers in zombies. I swear I’ve tried everything and the plutonium discord doesn’t seem to wanna help at all. I’ve done all the obvious stuff like delete the mod and try again, reinstall waw, etc. I have no idea. The sever looked really fun will someone please help me fix it I will literally cashapp you $5. Thanks
