Green Run Town makes the launcher crash every time.

Been trying to play with a friend Green Run Town Survival and even though he has never encountered this I always seem to crash when I try to load it. We have tried swapping lobbies, the person who creates the lobbies and I even tried to launch it solo, but no avail.
Anyone might have a suggestion as to what is making me crash on this particular map only and nothing else?
I have downloaded everything from the plutonium docs including DLCs.

You probably have textures or scripts that mess up something

Resxt Found the problem.
I had downloaded the DLCs without knowing that I don't need them if I just get the game from the first link. I don't own the game from steam and the DLCs messed something up.
