T6 Error "Unable to load import '#6' from module 'DSOUND.dll'"

So a little backstory.
My last PC that I had died in late February because of an faulty graphics card.
And a few days ago I bought a new PC. and instead of downloading all BO2 files all over again, I just tried to connect my old HDD to my new PC. It worked and I got all my files back, but trying to launch BO2 on Plutonium It always gives me this error...
If someone knows how to fix it I would Greatly appreciate it.

Dss0 i have this problem too, but i have directx 12 installed, is it a problem to run the game?

the game uses dx9, having dx12 installed doesn't automatically give you the files of previous versions.
