Re-implement "Find Match" for Combat Training purposes.

Not really a support ticket, but I've always wondered why the Find Match button is gone. Lately I have been playing on other clients, and momo's "Boiii" client has an amazing feature that I hope can be introduced.
On Boiii, you can search for a public match and instead of trying to find players for you, it's set up like a private match, but using playlist settings and such. Would love to at least see the "Find Match" button return, but having it be a sort of "Combat Training" would be amazing.
(I don't know where to put this, so if it's in the wrong spot, please let me know and I will move it!)

FYI you can simply host a local dedicated server, doesn't require any knowledge or port forward or server key or anything
